I got to participate in a 40k one of these, back in the day. It’s a lot of fun.

Is there a list of demo team members and locations? Hoping someone local to you posts in a forum thread doesn't seem like an effective way to get the word out about events.

So is that a 'no' on getting any better info or organization after announcing this? There's certainly nothing more useful on the Facebook announcement post.

Facebook and Twitter has always gotten more traffic than the forums. I'm getting the impression there simply may be less people who can volunteer to host a official event this year but there still time for people to post games if they want to run one.

Players get a handout giving their goals on the day of the games. It's not unknown for the scenario pack to be released later but not guaranteed either.

So the Event has been live for almost three weeks now, do we know anything more about it?

I would also love to read about an update for this. But perhaps they can't release info like that until it's over due to game reasons.

I see one AAR in that section here in the forums, and I've seen a couple others on social media. But yes, the reason you're not seeing demo agents post about it is they're being kind to the other agents (such as myself) whose games are upcoming. We think it makes for a better game if things like the force mixes and victory conditions aren't known to everyone ahead of time. (Players are given their own victory conditions at the game, but aren't told what the other side is trying to do, just that they're the enemy.)
