Well my challenge was more for you to design a max collar fleet to use in combination with PWS, carriers, or whatever way you see best to use mass DS.
But to comment on this, whilst the number of Fighters is impressive, you do hit the door limit. 43 turns to launch is a long time. Cap weapons are minimal,so this is squarely in the support role.

Not as many Fighters on it, but more firepower on the ERV. I could have more, but went with the Spare Parts for fluff.
You mentioned in the other thread about having Fighters on the DS as well. So if we use the DS Carrier spec, 60 Fighters x 9 = 540 to add to your 2,800. A very respectable swarm of 3,340. But mine is bigger with 750 in the WS and 60 x 50 = 3,000 in the DS for a total of 3,750. And the launch/recovery time is far less than yours.
