Just a quick question Forward Observer does not replace the Indirect Fire modifier, it simply adds to the calculation, correct?
In other words:
Skill + TMM + Forward Observer ability + Indirect Fire + Range.
Which would mean the Forward Observer effectively cancels out the IF Penalty correct?
