Are Sung's Cuirassiers and Chesterton Cuirassiers the same unit?

"House Liao (The Capellan Confederation)", p. 85, "Sung's Cuirassiers profile" mentions them in 2761.

"Field Report 2765 - CCAF" mentions a Chesterton Cuirassiers.

Are they the same unit?
