Request: Rapier cost/BV

I'm looking for the C-Bill cost and BV of the Rapier Patrol Destroyer (from Handbook: Davion). If anyone has this information or is willing to take the time to crunch the numbers, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have that book, but if you post the spec I could give it a go. I'm on a construction run for all mannner of stuff at the moment.
