Once you get down to biological warfare and potential genocide it is quite hard to to top that.

Going for a practical "most dishonorable" method?

Try the WoB technique. Nuke, bio-bomb, subvert, undermine, and above all: don't give them a clear enemy. Burn the Clans while the warriors wail and thrash about uselessly in their 'Mechs.

Assuming you mean in mech combat, trap them in level 3 pits filled with two levels of waters to prevent jump jets from working and just rain artillery down on them.  They're helpless and can't even fire back at an enemy pummeling them from a few mapsheets away.  IIRC, artillery kills completely destroy the mech (and its pilot.)  End result, the clanners lose the battle and their mechs without being able to fire a shot, which means there's no chance for a bloodname.

why wait until the land? nuke 'em IN orbit, preferably from hidden satellite platforms until they glow enough to be mashed together as a second source of light in the night sky.

and of course, letting them have the planet then secreting long-incubating viral weapons into their dropship crews. hey you know what it is and you've got an counter agent, so the end result is free clan tech.

and of course the most underhanded way, find a way to bribe the writers into making all the clans think like the cartoon falcons.  ;D

Well I'd say irradiate their water supplies back on the homeworlds but it seems they've been doing that in the first place.  Failing that, I'd just flood them with pop culture.  Subvert from within and appeal to greed.

This is what I thought of doing originally. Mostly because of the joy I would take in drinking their tears. But I think ANS Kamas P81 has an equally good suggestion. Broadcast Minmay songs to make them feel all weird and stuff and then kill them when they're concentrated on their confused boners.

Intentionally kill Blood-Named Officers. Then retreat, watch them kill each other trying to decide who inherits the blood-name, then kill said Bloodnamed Officer again. Rinse and Repeat as they kill themselves for you.

Play along.

Do the whole honourable combat thing from start to finish. Have them sweep up your nation.

Turn the other castes against the Warriors. This will take years, but in the end you'll have ingested the Clans' techbase whole. Then, slowly infect their food and water supply. Strangle them in their sleep. You'll even have freeborn Warriors in their touman somewhere too.

Betrayal is the most dishonourable thing you can do. And defeating one Clan like this will instill paranoia in all Clanners. They won't be able to hold the worlds they took, because they lack the numbers and the trust.

I think making the fear that Vlad expressed to Victor come true: make them sell out.  Put them on lunch boxes and in TV reality shows and hire them as merceneries and such untill you've subverted their culture with comercialism so compleatly that even the Sharks/Foxes feel a bit dirty about it, even if they're so hooked that they can't stop.

And having made a pile of money off them in the process makes it all the sweeter, rather than having to spend a bunch on nukes and bio weapons and cyber soldiers.

Been tried, failed to kill them all, their scientists are too smart.

Nukes make them angry and they have more than you
Ortillery requires you to get in system past their warships, and they have more than you.  More aerofighters too.

The dishonorable batchall thing works fine as long as your reserve force is three times their reserve force.  Break the bid and they'll drop their entire force on you.

The problem with really truly acting dishonorably is it really truly makes clanners mad.  They respond to lack of honor without honor rules.

Genocide is your best bet... Preferably executed 100% effectively by drone.
