Starting a new merc unit
« on: 30 September 2019, 21:18:09 »
A test for a new unit of mechs that I will be painting up. Still a WIP. Needs a wash and some weathering to finish it off

Looking good so far. 8)

What kind of unit are you cooking up?  Is the Ostscout part of a recon lance or something else?

It will be part of a recon lance. Not sure what the details of the unit are but I like the red and black and thought I would go with it

Really like the red accents and the blue cockpit with the black.

Thanks. Needed to do something different than my usual glossy black cockpit

Yeah I really like the brass-ish joints, and the silver over the red? *chef kiss*

Thanks. I may be picking up a second AGoAC box and if I do I will be adding a Locust. Commando and Catapult to the lance.

It is metal with a Nuln Oil wash and then a silver highlight. I then add a wash of Agrath Earthsahde. I will be adding another one but watered down so it adds a slight sheen to the metal.
