Just because it seems logical to me that you'd want to keep your experienced armor crews safe if you're building a nation...

Overview:
The Claymore SRM carrier is an experiment created by the Filtvelt Coalition to
protect their limited number of troops. Though more expensive to produce,
replacing the four person crew with a single drone system allows the Coalition
to keep highly trained vehicle crews in combat vehicles instead of cemetaries.
Capabilities:
The Claymore SRM carrier is based on the typical Succession Wars era SRM
Carrier, but replaces two SRM launchers with a single six-ton drone system. In
theory this will allow the Filtvelt Citizens Militia to deploy the Claymore in
larger numbers and protect experienced armor crews.
The most glaring weakness of the idea is the drone systems' vulnerability to
ECM jamming. A well-placed ECM suite can turn the Claymore into a sixty ton
doorstop. The other major issue with the drone system is the Coalition's
limited support for this more advanced technology.
At present, the FCM sees the lack of ECM support for the Claymore as a low
priority. Most pirates the FCM has faced in the past haven't had a large amount
of EW support. However they have noted the possibility. To counteract this
possibility, the FCM is currently experimenting with restricting the Claymore
to defensive roles where multiple Drone Command systems are used. Hopefully
this will allow the Claymore to receive commands from one command system, even
if another is subject to ECM.
The technical and logistical support required for the drone system is another
weak point currently, but the Coalition government sees this as an opportunity
to improve the education level of its citizens as a whole.
Additional:
NOTE: The Drone Control System listed here is not actually a drone control
system. Instead it represents the Drone Operating System used by the Claymore
itself.
