iWM 1:265 question
« on: 21 July 2021, 13:35:46 »
Hello,

This stems from conversations in this thread
https://bg.battletech.com/forums/miniatures/iwm-1265-combat-vehicles/

What IWM products are at 1:265? I have also heard that everything after a certain point has been 1:265, but it sounded also like the carnivore tank was after that period and others are saying it isn't 1:265.

Thank you.
Adam

The only ones that are going to be close are the minis that share proportions with the plastic counterparts. Beyond that there are no guarantees unless someone in charge of their production explicitly says they’re the scale you’re asking for

In all fairness the scale between Mechs and vehicles has always been different when comparing volumetric size.

As far as the scale of current cgl minis to iwm ones, a lot of them height wise are similar to thier iwm resculpts counterparts, they've essentially just bulked out
