According to the rules published on page 206, the Fourth Tikonov Guards have a number of special rules. However, according to the description of the Fourth Tikonov Guards on page 38, the Fourth are a newly-forming unit with little cohesion. The rules description also refers to the Fourth Tikonov Guards as the "Sarna Rifles", but Sarna Rifles is given as the nickname of the Fourth Liao Guards on page 35. Should the rules on page 206 refer to the Fourth Liao Gaurds rather than the Fourth Tikonov Guards, or is the nickname given on page 206 in error?

Yep, those special rules should have been for the 4th Liao Guards "the Sarna Rifles", not the Tikonov Guards. I'll report this in the errata thread.
