This was brought up 10 years ago and never answered.

TM p279 (corrected 6th printing) for Combat Vehicle cost table.
p26 Ground Vehicle Record Sheet Critical Hits Table as well as the main printable RS starting on p327-331

Any chance this has been looked into, resolved, and just been pushed back by higher priority rules questions? In any event, can this get an answer or at least a tweak that they can be damaged but not destroyed? The repair rules are on Cam Ops (corrected third printing) p205 for replacement and p207 repair.

If anything, to keep from changing the current rules, these costs could be assigned as part of the Internal Structure (stabilizers) and Control Components (sensors). Tanks are supposed to be far less capable and cheaper than BattleMechs (sensor cost 20,000 x tonnage).
