The Annihilator ANH-1X has ammo in each arm w/o case and is an IS 'Mech w/ standard engine but the MUL, MM, Model doesn't appear to include a BV penalty for these arm bins, so I'm not 100% I understand the rule on the ammo BV penalty.

The BV calc in "BattleValue spec - TechManual-TM_BV4.1-Rev2021.pdf"
(https://bg.battletech.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/TechManual-TM_BV4.1-Rev2021.pdf) says:

"Subtract... 15 points per critical space of explosive ammo in the center torso, legs or head, or not protected by CASE* in its location (Inner Sphere ’Mech with Standard or Light engines)"

While IS mech arms can't have CASE, ammo in an arm absent CASE because of that limitation is still "ammo... not protected by CASE* in its location", strictly speaking.

I'm thinking I should read the above segment as : "15 points per critical space of explosive ammo in the center torso, legs or head, or side torso not protected by CASE* (Inner Sphere ’Mech with Standard or Light engines)"?
