3037-3040 conflicts

Hiya, doing research for a fanfic I’m writing.

Would like to know where I can find a list of conflicts that happened outside of the major 3039 war and Ronin Wars (sarna is pretty vague on that stuff), specifically ones the involved the DCMS.

Also, what’s a realistic kill record for a Silver Claw award for a campaign during the War of 3039?

Brush Wars covers the Ronin Wars. The other in that book are FWL-centered - Anton's 3014 revolt and the Adurien Crisis of 3035. Overall canon source material is VERY thin in this period

There is always probing raids, bandit/pirate hunting activity, putting down minor uprisings, putting uppidy nobles in line with force, dueling for honor, etc.

Maybe the 20 year update has some info in it.  Also maybe the DCMS field manual may have some info in individual unit write ups (likely scewed more towards the clan invasion, but maybe with some 3040s era info).  Lastly maybe the 3039 TRO May have some info.  Can’t remember if it had notable pilots paragraphs for the equipment.  Might be like looking for a needle in a hay stack thought.

sadly I think Historical: Brush Wars was created before Catalyst started using a method of timeline entries that both served as historical markers as well as plot hooks (introduced in the Jihad books)...

Check........ FM:LA,  look up the Republican Guard formations.

I want to say that is where I'm remembering some fluff about them raiding into the FWL in that time period.


If your looking for DCMS zone however I can't think of anything heavy in that area except the raiding that was directly after Wo39 mentioned in that book, or maybe in FM:FS  against the worlds that the FS lost to the DC,  Quentin & Formulhaut I think from 3039-3042.

The War of 3039 pretty much takes up all the narrative space for the DCMS in that timeframe.  The only other major conflict ongoing at that time was the War of Andurien Secession, down in the FWL.  Fiction-wise, we have the following for scenes in the DC in your timeframe.  (Everything from 3039 is War of 3039 related.)
