Blakist Invasion of Dieron - Third Dieron Regulars

According to the Serpents in Stone track on page 13 of Jihad Turning Points: Dieron the last survivors and officer of the Third Dieron Regulars surrendered to the Blakists at Tibet City in late 3070. However, the sidebar on Dieron on page 57 of Total Chaos describes the last seven survivors of the Dieron Regulars led by Tai-sa Hyogo surrendering to the Blakists at Tibet City in late 3071, rather than late 3070. Is is possible to confirm which is the correct date?

I've just noticed another minor conflicting detail between the JTP and Total Chaos. The JTP records in the Rho Galaxy entry on page 9 that the friendly fire incident between Rho and the Eighth Dieron Regulars over the Blakist prisoners was interrupted by an attack from the Blakist Third Division, but the sidebar in Total Chaos on page 59 states that the attackers were from the Twenty-third Division. Is it possible to confirm which is correct?
