Mechs moved in the cargo bay of a Dropship and not a mechbay. Now from the mechpod, a mech can walk right now the door and start fighting.

But laying on its back in the cargo bay, what is a reasonable amount of time would it take to
A) forklift unload the mech into the hex next to the dropship right outside the door. (30ish meters)
B) Pilot start up the mech and join the battle.
