Greetings All,
On January 14th through the 16th I was fortunate to attend a gamers convention right here in my home town of Columbia South Carolina. It was called
South
Carolina
Area
Roleplayers
And
Boardgamers. What made it really special was that there was going to be a Battletech tourny. On the 14th and th 16th I had arranged to set up a demo game for all comers. Unfortunately I never got any new players, but I did however have 5 players from my area show up and play. It turns out that some of them have been playing together once a week for the past 20 years, so I felt extremely lucky to find some other diehards in my area.
On Friday I ran a scenario that was a Historical re-enactment of the Jade Falcon vs Com Guards battle on the planet of Tukayyid. All of the units and terrain I painted/created especially for this scenario. Bellow are some of the pics from that day.

Since I had the same group of players from Friday, on Sunday I decided to run a Pirate raid scenario. Here are a couple of pics from that day.
