Found it in a game store.  Picked it up along with a really old ComStar sourcebook and a copy of Star Wars with the Biggs scenes.  Or it's a custom mini by Mr. Balk.  Either one works for me.

But, still, it's a superb painted mini with amazing canopy work and not a less amazing flame' runes.
