Relevant quote new to Errata v2.3:
Under “Infantry Transports”, fourth paragraph, first sentence
Regardless of the infantry unit’s type, it may not use any Move in the turn it dismounts from its transport, but it may execute attacks during the Combat Phase.
Change to:
An infantry unit may not use any Move the turn it dismounts from its transport, but may execute attacks during the Combat Phase. A dismounting unit has a TMM of 0, but is considered to have used ground movement and thus cannot be at a standstill that turn.
To be clear: an infantry unit that is disembarking at the end of the transport's turn may not expend any move that entire turn... even the move spent boarding earlier in the same turn will prevent a dismount? Or is the erratum just saying the infantry may not expend any more move after dismounting? (meaning: it may mount and dismount the transport all in the same turn)

Post dismounting, the infantry unit may not use any move. It's not retroactive, nor does having used move previously affect its ability to dismount. You can move the infantry and mount a transport, move the transport and have it dismount the infantry in one turn. The infantry may not move after dismounting.

I'll clarify the wording to this extent in the final, formal 2.3 release.
