Nice.  20-point shots at 23 hexes with a -1 modifier are great.  The shield potentially allows it to stand and avoid its own movement modifiers for a while.

In this case, it may make sense to forgo the RHS and just add freezers.  The RHS gives it 30 heat points when activated, but the same tonnage in freezers gets it to 28.  It may be worth taking another ton or two from somewhere else so it doesn’t have to worry about RHS failure and can sustain a capped ER PPC short while charging the other capacitor every turn indefinitely.

I added 3 more DHS so engaging the RHS vents 39 of the 40 generated by firing off both charged PPCs. I see it as having two firing modes:
 1) charge both PPCs (and fire the short range weapons if needed), fire both the next turn (use RHS if the short range guns are needed the following turn)
 2) charge one while firing the other charged PPC (25 + movement each turn)

My mistake.  I missed the extra freezers.  This is perfect.  Great job.

There’s a lot of value to the shield and supercharger.  But I’d also be tempted to exchange them for some crit-seeking capability to exploit the holes left by the capped ER PPCs.  Either three more ER medium lasers (five total) or do away with all the lasers and add a couple Streak SRM-4, one ton of ammo, and CASE II.

Regardless of the details, some version of this should be canon.
