Title: Imperio Guards (Escorpión Imperio)

In the 1st Imperio Guards, the unit's Galaxy Commander is Lise Burrill. Is she the Caliph Lise Burrill? Why is this kind of exception allowed?

In the 2nd Imperio Guards, the unit's Star Colonel is Edgar Buck. But "Buck" is not one of the bloodnames existing in clan list. Is he an exception because of the merge on the Escorpión Imperio?

As of yet we haven’t explored the Escorpion Imperio so don’t have a definitive answer.
