Virtual World battlepods - Battletech Firestorm controls and screens

I just stumbled and watched a video where a guy explains various commands and interface screens of Battletech Firestorm battlepod.

He has a whole channel dedicated to getting several battlepods operational. This is awesome, and it's a shame that it died out. As much as I love my PC Mechwarrior games and playing them on my comp, to be able to play them on a dedicated platform with actual mech controls would have been a kind of an experience of a lifetime.

Back in like 2005, when most of the Virtual Worlds were closing, they were selling the pods.  I could not convince the wife to add a few thousand dollars to the cost of our new house to purchase any.   :'(

Only got to play in older version, nice to see in general and already had a new video up on radar screen replacement!
