Dig Lord
Source: TRO: Vehicle Annex Revised, Page 220
Issue: Power Planet in Fluff listings states the power plant is a 210-rated Fuel Cell, while the Equipment section shows it being 195-Rated Fuel Cell.
Recommended Action: Change Fluff info match correct listing, i don't know which one is the correct one.

Errata stemming from this clarification (http://bg.battletech.com/forums/errata/techmanual-9-january-2014-(v3-02)/msg1047320/#msg1047320).
p. 30, Rock Rover RRV
- Ammo (Support Laser): change Mass to 3 kg
- the way that free clips work, the Auto-Rifle Ammo now needs to be listed twice (like in the original TRO), once below each weapon, for 2x 300 shots at 5kg each.
- Cargo: change 1,054 kg standard to 1,057 kg standard

Nice catch, we missed that oooold error in the revision! O0 The 195 rating is correct, so
p. 220, Dig Lord
Power Plant: Defiance 210 HydroCell change to Power Plant: Defiance 195 HydroCell Achernar 195 Fuel Cell
November 23 2016 edit: seems that Wrangler found an ancient copy-paste error. Not only engine rating, but complete manufacturer data changes.

BT1 Chaffee ServiceMech
Source: TRO: Vehicle Annex Revised, Page 200
Issue: Total mass for all components adds up to 15.5 tons, 0.5 ton greater than the mass of the unit.
Recommended Action: Dropping the 0.5 ton for the Searchlight and adding the Searchlight design quirk. This maintains the intent of the design, while bringing it back to a legal weight.

To my relief, that is not quite the case. Instead:

The Technical Readout Vehicle Annex (original) states on pg. 206, "Formed by disgruntled Richard Sitwell after he was released in a series of massive cutbacks in 2795, Sitwell Corporation’s internal mission statement was solely focused on burying their former employers in Bluth Corporation."
Sitwell Corporation is the manufacturer of the Powerman IndustrialMech. The MUL has an Intro date of 2764 for the Powerman which is well before Richard Sitwell left Bluth Corporation to found his company. Furthermore, Operation Klondike reports the SLDF took the Powerman with them on the Exodus in 2784 and later modded it to carry weapons.
Richard Sitwell must have left Bluth Corporation prior to the introduction of the Powerman in 2764.

P. 8, "Mótuö Chë No. 2" CGL pdf, 2013
Typo: From paragraph 4, "When Chancellor Sun-Tzu announced his Xin Sheng program, the multi-national corporation wasn’t one to be left behind, ..."
(Note: this typo is novel to CGL pdf, in the original Fanpro paper publication, 2006, p. 22, the same line reads, "When Chancellor Sun-Tzu announced his Xin Sheng programme, the multi-corporation wasn’t one to be left behind, ...")

2006 printing, p. 80, and pdf TRO:VA Revised, p. 80
Problem, 4th paragraph, 5th sentence: "Three times the size of the original Series II, the VI boasted amphibious capability for added versatility." The MUL lists the Series II as 15 tons, while XTRO:Boondocks, p. 7, and TRO:Prototypes, pp. 24-25, describe a surveillance modification of the Series II, which masses 15 tons in Boondoocks, and increases to 17 tons in Prototypes. Additionally, TRO:VA Revised provides stats for the Series II, which is 15 tons.
Solution: A) Adjust the description of the Lexan to read "Four times the size of the original Series II, the VI boasted amphibious capability for added versatility." Preferred
B) Adjust the mass of the Lexan Series II on the MUL to 20 tons, in which case the initial prototype craft in Boondocks is 5 tons lighter than the original. This requires a significant rewrite of the Lexan Series II published in TRO:VA Revised.
