DTP: Vega and DTP: Liao RATs use Inner Sphere names for the Clan mechs. E.g., 'Vulture H', not 'Mad Dog H'.
They also contain 'Black Hawk'.
Is it 'Nova Prime' or the non-omni version?

Any references to the Black Hawk or Koshi in the IS-oriented DATP RATs are the non-Omni versions. In the future, we should probably add a "(Standard)" after these for clarity.

Any references to the Black Hawk or Koshi in the Clan-oriented DATP RATs are the Omni versions without a particular config specified.
