Title: Special Unit Abilities/Quirks table?

I swear I saw this before, but I just cannot find it. It was a breakdown of special unit abilities for 'mechs as cobbled together from the fiction. It was a table of about two pages in either Campaign Ops or Interstellar Ops. I have both books, but regardless of how much page flipping I do I haven't had any luck with it.

Anyone know the book and number of what I'm talking about?
