I took a look for this already, but couldn't find any info on it-

When creating a character in ATOW and the character passes the 25 year old mark, are you supposed to apply the experience point bonuses from the Aging Table on pg 333 or not?

Yes. But keep in mind that it's not the intent of the system to create really old characters.

Obviously.  I just have a few PCs that are older and wasn't sure about it.
