Crash course on Clan-erisms

Alright, how do I run a trial of position and how do I run a trial for a bloodname? It's been a long time since I've played/run Clans and I'm drawing a blank on those. How to run the other kind of trials would be also appreciated but it's the first two I really need to know.

In the Bloodright page they omit the Hunter/Hunted system used in each duel. Basically at the start of each duel one Warrior is randomly determined to be the Hunter, with the other becoming the Hunted. The Hunter chooses how the Trial will be fought - augmented, or unaugmented, and if unaugmented with what weaponry (unarmed, knives, etc). The Hunted gets to choose the location of the Trial. This in theory helps ensure balance, because any disparity in machine or body can be compensated for by picking terrain where the Hunted can get an advantage.
