Ok. I was in Lionheart's game yesterday with the low gravity and we had an interesting question pop up with respect to a failed PSR causing internal damage on the legs when moving faster than normal. We had a Koshi I think it was go flat out and fail it's PSR for avoiding low gravity stress damage to the leg internals doing something like 6-7 more damage than what the leg internals would be able to take normally so the Koshi turned into a bowling ball. Where the question comes in is what happens to the damage points beyond what would be soaked by the Internal Structure of the legs. Does the damage get treated like an Ammo Explosion where the damage transfer would go to the internal structure on the respective torsos or would the damage transfer to the armor?

Yes, ammo explosions are a good precedent here; damage transfers to the next internal location, bypassing armour.
