As the topic says. Can the Armored Motive System from Tac Ops (pg 95 in the split version of TacOps) be pod mounted or does it have to be added to the base design?

And does it round?

It cannot be pod-mounted.  And in the case of quarter-ton amounts, round up to the nearest half-ton.
