It still needs a facelift, a truly Battletech inspired one.

yeah. A good selection of skins would do the forums good.

Ummm, there is a BattleTech skin. It's the same background as the website.

I would like something in a checker plate, or steel plating sort of theme.

edit: okay. the Battletech theme really doesn't work too well. The background doesn't fit properly so it doesn't mesh well with itself at the borders of the madcat image.  It's not bad, but it does need some work yet. On the plus side, I do like the cheker plate top

Well then tell somebody to make it the forum default since a lot of us are either too lazy or unfamiliar on how to change it.
