Isn’t it one of those 3145/50 ntnu designs that hasn’t gotten a sheet?

Yeah, it's a variant mentioned in TRO 3150 and doesn't have a record sheet.

It is based upon the MW:DA Vixen mini. I was told it had to have talons. The rest was match the weapons.

Well, it's not a bad loadout aside from the inherent difficulties in using a weapon that generates as much heat as an ER PPC with an XXL engine.

Speck will we see the metal variants of the mechs that are in the box sets? The shadow hawk is already out but what about the rest of them or would that require fan funding to help?

Not really a surprise since a few made it to Gencon for sale. But one of the metal parts need to be adjusted so that is why the delay.

I didn't even see anyone have pics of it at GenCon, so it was a surprise to me. I know about the 'Mech Bay...but not the Large Radar Array.

I bought a small array at Gencon. I have some mods to finish on it, because I want it to light up.

Here's the large dish with the small dish, from Gen Con. I don't have the reworked metal pieces, so the IWM kit will vary a little.

Having them was a surprise at GenCon since I did not know if the resin parts would be in for the show. We got 11 of each for Saturday of the show.

Same with the mech bay, it was originally released in 2012 at gen con once due to how hard it is to cast. Last year I asked about it and contently they had a few casted up and Sue ran the molds a few times so we could build the few we got. Its on the list to have redone so it is more friendly to molds.

so I noticed something about those mech starter bundles.  http://ironwindmetals.com/store/index.php?cPath=16_412

the clan mech bundles are using the old archived models?  you boys just clearing out dusty stock? or is there a demand for these dinosaurs

"These are the original sculpt Clan omni mechs, due to this being a starter bundle so that the models would have less parts for players new to miniatures."

It's still a good deal, even if the old sculpts aren't as good looking as the resculpts.

It also explains why the Kingfisher and Grendel are part of the set instead of a couple 3050 mechs, those things are bricks.

Kraken is just the Inner Sphere name for the Bane.  Did you mean Kraken and Behemoth?  The Kingfisher is.  And both the Kingfisher and Grendel minis fit together in precisely one pose each.

Yeah, the Kingfisher isn't on the same scale as those two, I meant brick more in that it was not a poseable mini rather than how big it is, though it's a fairly large mini for being an original Ral Partha sculpt.
