Hope things go well with the Valiant Universe RPG. Maybe Valiant will do a mini-comic book series of Battletech. It could help promote the game. I'd love see that in comic again.

According to the CGL twitter this morning they mave have to airship stock in form overseas due to strikes up and down the coast. Given the costs of airshipping that may mean limited stock at GenCon.

Don't all panic yet, these are potential strikes. Negotiations are on going between both sides and no one has walked away from the table yet.

Granted, I work for a company that manages global supply chains and we've been warning our customers for a couple months now this was coming.

In the odd dream I was having last night, I must have heard my smartphone's email alert overnight, because I dreamed the new battletech for sale thread had been updated, and suddenly ilClan was available. I kept trying to get back to a PC and purchase it, but all manner of obstacles prevented it. Man was I crushed when I woke up and realized the book had not actually dropped.

It would suck very much for it to go away. I think like many things it will come out just maybe not this year. TOO BAD!!!

First time I can recall thinking this about one of these "new art posts" but I don't like it. It's too cartoony just like the MWO stuff. I get why we're going for that look on the cover though.

Looks like a scene out of the cartoon...

It's not bad, don't get me wrong, just looks too Saturday morning cartoon to me. So do all the MWO screenshots I've seen. It's fine, not a big deal. Just glad to see progress on new products.

I believe in one of the last BattleChats Herb talked about doing an Historical for the first two Succession Wars and an Era Digest for the Third.

It's be cool if those did come out. Though as a rule, I'd disregard any new product unless told about it by TPTB.

I've had chats with my distributor over book listings before, and per my rep, if it's on their pre-order listings...it's coming...they just don't know when! lol

But seriously, I'm looking forward to this one. Whether it deals with just the first war or both I'm sure it will be a great read.
