Clan DHS / FF / Endo intro dates
« on: 17 January 2019, 15:05:51 »
So i'm looking through a bunch of stuff and can't track down the exact intro dates for the clanspec double heatsinks, endo-steel, or ferro fibrous armor. TechManual gives the dates for the IS (including reintroduction), but omits the clan versions. Likewise the items are nowhere to be found on the chart in ED: Golden Century.

Using the intro dates from extant units, I've come up with a ceiling, and those numbers seem to fit in with the rest of clanspec gear. Clan DHS is first seen on the Kraken (Bane) in 2827 and FF/ES showing up a year later on the Marauder IIC in 2828. Is there anything documenting these systems appearing earlier in the decade?

IO says Endo-Steel was prototype in ~2825, and production in ~2827, and Common by 2830.

FF Armor (and Ferro-Aluminum) is prototype in ~2820, production ~2825 and Common by 2830

DH is prototype ~2825, Production in ~2827 and Common by 2829.

I believe Era Report: Golden Century has that info as well.
