Solaris skunkwerks can print out battleforce/quickstrike cards for mechs and vehicles from the main programs, and also includes a program called SQP which lets you print out basically any unit from TRO 3075 or earlier, I'm not sure if it's been updated beyond that. Note that these cards do not take into account the changes in Alpha Strike.
The MUL has Alpha Strike cards for almost every unit, which you can download and print.
