Prototype Infantry Rules (More Like BA edition)

So I was, this morning, hit by the inspiration bat thanks to an offhand comment in a different forum's BT thread, and belted this out fastlike.
(Apologies for the Google Docs tables but I wanted everything in one document that was easy to fiddle with during the prototyping stage)

Emphasis is on being more BA-ish with the Squad as a basic unit, boiling down the kajillion weapon types into a smaller number of distinct, broad categories, and trying to make the movement a little more actually humanly possible.

This is by no means complete as is (I haven't even gotten to BV yet) but I want some feedback & poking at obvious holes before I go any further.
