I have nine Veteran techs. Roll of 12 required to advance to Elite. Rolls are as follows: 7, 8, 4, 12(!), 7, 7, 8, 7, 6. One advances to Elite. No retirements.
I have one Elite tech (not inclusive of new promotions). Roll of 3+ required to keep employement. Roll is as follows: 7. No retirement.

Summary of the whole thing: Two Green techs went to Regular, one Veteran tech went to Elite. That's it. EVERYTHING
It's the first of the month, and you know what that means: MARKET DAY! Let's see how the three I'm selling (The Vindy and both Wasps, all fully repaired) do, and what's offered to me.
Market Generation (to buy):
WSP-1A at 120% price that arrives in 5 turns. HA! No.
Market Results (from selling): Felt like Black Market today, so I figured I'd sell the Vindy and both Wasps.
Vindy sells at 105% price, I get gypped on a Wasp for 45%, and I manage to sell the other for 115%. Decent enough, and it's still cash. Adding to the treasury.
Deducting turn overhead, and I'm good for this turn.
