OK, so as of now, I have a schedule through to the first week of March. Woohoooo!

I'm going to be pretty busy away from the computer for the next couple of days at least, so if you have edits to make to the schedule or something along those lines say so here and via a PM to me, but do understand that if the edit doesn't show up on the schedule it's not that I'm ignoring you. (I mean, I am, but I have an EXCUSE!)

Ya done an awesome job Hellbie :) I've also got the Dragonfly/Viper written up and alongside the Pouncer both can serve as emergeny fillers.

Okay, my Falconer article is finished barring a bit of spit and polish.  Shall I put it in for March 10th?

I fell out of favour with heaven somewhere, so I'm here for the hell of it now...

Is there a MoTW scheduled to go up today? If needs be I can put the Pouncer in as an emergency filler.

Still trying to decide if that was an appropriate use of "y'all". "Y'uns" may be more applicable.

FWIW, that'd be a perfectly standard use of y'all 'round these parts.

If you have it, you might just update it if it lacks newer variants and post it in January or whenever there's an open slot (if you have time, of course).

I did the Vindicator last time, though its about a decade old and I'm personally a few years out of the loop.  But, if there is actually a desire to try and Cataphract an article together, I can share.  I never tended to favor reposting my old work, though, so if you or any other person would, I'd see them put a work out that reflects modern thoughts about the mech and the game.

I think i'll write my version first so that other information won't color my views. Though i think i'd like to read your version afterwards, possibly before publishing mine, in case it might give me ideas what to address or something.

Gonna take some time though before i'll get back to writing.

A few updates to the schedule, nothing huge- I did switch this week's planned Commando article with the Sirocco I had planned for March, because the Sirocco article is a lot easier to get done this (very busy) week, while the Commando still needs some work before it's ready (so many variants...)- otherwise we have an open table for anyone wanting to get on the schedule in March (other than the first week) and April. If you want one of those days, sound off here or in my PMs and I'll get you scheduled.

THAT SAID, I really want to see some of the articles people have had reserved for a long time posted as a priority, so if you've had one set aside now is the best time to post it- so while I'm not saying the usual suspects shouldn't have theirs ready, I also want new blood in here. Make it happen people!

To that end, I'll be posting my three I have scheduled right now (Sirocco this week, Commando in March, Gyrfalcon sometime in April?), keeping the Apollo on standby in case it's needed, and after that I'll probably be going back into retirement for this- it's a week every month that I'm doing this in place of someone else getting to, and I'd rather we get other people involved than keep rambling on myself to no end. So here's your chance, folks- I'm shutting up so you can have a say instead. Impress me!

I wonder... If i get into mood to write, i'll probably write every i have reserved at once. Thinking about reserving April for them, call it Cappie-Month. Might need a fourth Capellan 'Mech though, since Lao Hu and Thunder will get covered in one article due to their shared history and similarity.

Belongs to the category of 'Mechs i don't care for, so i won't write it. But it would fit well for a Cappie month, if someone else wants to write it...?

Hey IM, good to see you back. I hope you stick around!

Oh, I don't expect I'll be going anywhere for a while.

I've even got a hankering to try and get my skills back at this.  I don't know if I count as new blood, since I have done a couple of these before, but its been a while.

Now, the last time I want to do is take the place of actual new blood, so don't put me on the schedule ahead of anyone who's been waiting a while for a chance to shine.  But, after them, I'd have the Grasshopper for myself.  Near as I can tell, there's no current article on it, yet its an iconic mech that had ought to be well understood.  Let me know what the next open time is, and I'll have it.

Sirocco will post either very late tonight or early tomorrow. At work until 6, game night until 10, a little still to do on it, we'll see how productive/caffeinated I am tonight.

Don't worry about it.
Flu sucks. It is so insulting in its inconvenience and annoyance while not being actually dangerous (usually anyway).

The Snake. I'll claim that so I'll have 4 Cappie 'Mechs. Well, 5, but Lao Hu and Thunder still get mashed together in one article. Goes well with the Vindicator too.

I'll start writing soonish...

Update on the Battle Cobra for this week: it'll be done.  I'm just putting the finishing touches on it, and I should have it up in the late afternoon on Friday.

Quick programming note: Due to a long week ahead with very little spare time, I'll be switching my two remaining upcoming articles around to give me the shorter Gyrfalcon this week, and the much longer Commando article for April when I'm more able to devote time to it. (With DC Metro out of action in my area this week, I'm having to take an alternate route to work, which ends up being slightly over two hours each way, so time is no longer on my side)

Apologies for the inconvenience- and for bumping the Commando twice now. RL sucks, amIright?

Anyway, Gyrfalcon on Thursday or Friday.

I checked the directory, and there isn't a current article on the Firestarter (Standard or Omni version), so I'd like to request those two. Feel free to make it a double article if you wish, though I'd be happy with separate articles.

In addition, I'd also like to request a write-up on the Blackjack (non-Omni version), after I read the Omni's article and realized there was no write-up on the 45-ton model.

So, the Uraeus MotW is ready for a rainy day. Not exactly something I want to put down this week, even if the slot's open.

Due to my constant failiures to notice designs, I'll just ask here; Is anyone going to do or already finished the Morrigan? I recently found out that that 'mech was a thing.

Well, I did a MotW on it back in...*brushes off the dust*...2011. But it only covered the original 3 variants, 2 more came along with TRO3145's NTNU that haven't been added.

Although now that I'm rereading what I wrote, I want to revise my ratings of the 2 and 3.

next "slighty different" is in the cleanup. is it okay to post it during the week? because most articles get posted during the weekends. meds will be 2 articles btw... if okay, you can expect it today or hopefully tomorrow.
