Looks like the original write up for the Centurion Omni got taken down.  Anyone want to do a new one?

The Solitaire is 90% done.  I have to proof read it.  I plan on doing that later this week at some point. Right now I'm brain dead from the holiday.

I'm going to reserve the Nightstar. Hopefully I will have it up on Tuesday to celebrate the release of Mechwarrior 5.

Go for it.  I didn't proof last week.  I was side tracked by a family emergency.

A USB drive I need for a work project has several -otW articles in various states of completion on it. I need the drive, so over the next few days I'll be tidying them up, adding image links, and putting them here. I need the space more than I need them collecting metaphorical dust.

Expect the Hachiman, Mithras, and Zorya tanks, and the Dart, Predator and Hermes II Mechs. The rest aren't advanced enough in writing to be worth finishing.

Nobody's requested it, but I'd like to take a crack at the Corvis.

Are you gonna note Omni-Corvis from TP Tokasha? Not much lore there though.

Sometime this week I'll ha e the last couple of mine (Hermes II, Predator) up, as well as one more vehicle (Hachiman). Need to get them tidied up before posting, but can't do it from work.

I had planned to treat it as a separate 'mech like the Blackjack articles did. But I think I'm going to mention it as a historical footnote for anyone interested.

Short of me endlessly nitpicking it, I've finished the Corvis. Let me know when I should post.

Solitaire is up.  I'm on liberal leave from work right now because of COVID concerns so I may end up writing other articles over the next few weeks depending on how long I'm out of work.  I can do a Centurion Omni or Trebuchet article if the folks that originally reserved them aren't going to get around to it, or I can do something else.  Feel free to post suggestions.

I'll refurbish my Omni Centurion article and return it.
Just sorted out Hauptmann article, definitely needed some minor improvements.

EDIT Done. Didn't need much tweaking.

I thought that was already done, but a quick search indicates it has not so I guess I'll take it and maybe get it up next week unless someone has something else ready that is new and ready to go.

Update:

It will probably won't be until the weekend before I can get this kicked out. Work was able to get me a remote set up and after 2 days where things were a disaster, today went off more or less without a hitch (for me at least).  Now I just have to resist the temptation to sign up for CBS online and binge Picard until after do some writing.

Was someone gonna make Mad Cat III article at some point? Just wondering because there doesn't seem to be one, unless i'm failing at searching?

Currently writing a Firestarter article since there isn't one. Also covering the Firestarter Omni.

In the same article?
Uh, depends on how long this thing ends up being. Due to their similarity, i'm inclined to do one article, but length argues for two.
Which is better?

My instinct would be to go for two, but if you think that it's short enough, one should work fine.

My advice would be three articles - One for the original Firestarter, one for the Omni, and one for the 3145 models.

The Omni is ten tons heavier than the others, it's essentially a completely different mech with different roles.

Yeah the article got long enough the Omni gets separate article.
The DA models get incorporated in the base article though, they're not that different.

Would anyone be interested in tackling the Lynx sometime? The original arrive is long gone it seems, and was pushing 20 years old anyways.

I got motivated again and started a write up the Peacekeeper.  Right now it's really bland, sadly.  Once I have a little more motivation and creativity thought I'll get back to wrapping it up and post it.

*Update:. My main computer died last night and I don't know yet if it is simply the power supply or the hard drive too.  It will be awhile before I get around figuring out if it can be salvaged.
