SSW - Crusader (And others)

I'm busy tinkering today, and, the RS from 3050 are all missing the unseen.
So I go looking for a Project Phoenix Folder to find them.
That doesn't exist either.

Can anyone tell me where this program stores things like the standard Crusader-5M that has been around since 1990?

Not sure why Project Phoenix is hiding out in 3085.  Grr
