How likely would either of you be to travel to Brissy next Easter?

Looking to make a national tournament with amazing prizes but would love to have people from all states come and represent themselves and their state...

It would be 2019. Its too late to get one in this year as we are about to start playtesting formats.

But Im hoping to achieve a national comp that has great prizes and is represented by all the states.

Thanks for sharing Son of Kerenski.

Hopefully I can find some more Canberra locals to play with/against over the next year. If I do for some reason head to Brisbane, Sydney or Perth in the near future, I'll ping folks.

Is there anyone Sydney based? I've been keen as all hell to play for 20 years but I've never found anyone that knows or wants to learn how to play. I've devoured all the lore but never got an opportunity to give it a go.

I’m from Adelaide - my 3 brothers and I were BattleTech fanatics in the late 80s and early 90s - at times we still dabble.

Playing Succession Wars for a few days straight was not unusual (with our little sister being the 5th)

One brother lives in Brisbane - he’d probably attend and it’d be a good excuse for a visit (for me

Canberra reporting in.

Unfortunately, work and family are currently limiting the time I have available to play tabletop but hopefully that will change in the future. Interstate travel to play a tournament would be almost mission impossible as wife works weekends.

Tell your brother to go into The Magic Vault in Alderley next Sunday (27.5.18) as I will be playing Alpha Strike and can talk to him about playing some TW games as well.

Fellow BTech player based in Adelaide. I know of two others that play as well. All three of us have been meaning to continue on with our Campaign for far too long.

Good to know we aren't the only 3 playing in Adelaide. =)

Hi guys, I am in Canberra and just getting into Battletech. Over the last year I have gotten back into gaming in general, and Battletech is something I have always seen and wanted to try. As a kid I loved Robotech, Gundam models, Crusher Joe Models and Mecha in general.
A game of armoured combat and Aplha strike are making their way to me as I post this. I'm sure that everything has gone to S*#! over the last few years but once things open up and I am up to speed (starting speed that is!) I would be keen to play some games. Is there anywhere that you guys (Mister Bruce and Feenix74 ) play regularly? Are there BattleTech games at Jolt?
