This is something I really like about both Catalyst and IWM- they both put a really high emphasis on customer relations.

Nice to get a response from the IWM crew. hopefully this was just a temporary issue and they follow through on what they say.

I recently had an order get lost. Once they found it Mike immediatly sent me an email letting me know what happened and sent my stuff right out. What was really cool is the stuff was archive special returns that were months old.They didn't charge me for the archive fees but sent the stuff to me as if it wasn't on archive.

 Classy folks there.

 I do have to say that the new primitive shadow hawk had some spalling on the back but it was easily cleaned up with green stuff and a file.

Just for the record, I snagged my quarterly quota of two lances of 'mechs (and some Rommels) last week, mostly lights with a couple mediums and a Marauder -5R.  After basic cleaning and filing, they're all looking just great with no dramas, issues or greenstuff required.

All three thumbs up. :)
