According to the ASR history thread, the scorpion hasn't been seen for the better part of two years. (April 2011)
The Regulator was last back in February '11.

I have no idea how long Speck wants to wait between returns, but two years is probably enough.

Come to think of it I do rather want the badger omnivehicle as well.
