the PDF only is unfortunately a deal breaker for me since I really enjoy reading on my ebook reader now.

Is there a way to inquire TPTB if there are plans to go ePub or mobi in the future?

Asking over on Battlecorps would probably be the best way to go.  They run indepenently of the BattleTech development team.

Hey
I'm a long time battletech fan but have just recently gotten into the game heavily
I would like to know more of the fluff so I plan on picking up some novels.
Now I don't plan on reading 80+ books and I read the clan invasion series.
Are the dark age books good? I just purchased ghost war to read on my blackberry while I am pretending to work, but if the jihad books are far superior or if the very first books are alright should I start there?
Thanks guys

Thanks guys, I will check them out.
What series takes place in the 3020's? I prefer low tech if possible

It doesn't get more low tech than the Grey Death trilogy IMHO.

Not only are they 3 of the 4 oldest BT books, but they give you that small struggling merc feel

#1  Decision at Thunder Rift
#2  Mercenary Star  ??
#3  Price of Loyalty ??

I think those are the names of 2 & 3, I'm at work and they are at home.

3041: General Lance Hawkins: The Equalizers
3053: Star Colonel Rexor Kerensky: The Silver Wolves
