Kobe is a world in the Clan Wolf Occupation Zone in both Jihad and Dark Age times. The world mentioned in Ghost of Winter is called Kore. Little is known of it except that is was located 'some 10 parsecs from the edge of the Lyran Alliance' - so about 33 light years. There are no other details listed except for those in the novel.
