The Wespe is one of the cheapest self-propelled artillery platforms on the market. The platform started from the Scorpion chassis, removing the turret and lengthening the chassis somewhat to incorporate a full-fledge Thumper artillery piece. The resultant modifications made the 100 ICE from the original Scorpion rather under-powered for the new chassis, which is not an ideal situation when the entire chassis needs to be pointed at the enemy due to the removal of the turret, but at 400,000 C-Bills for a SPG you get what you pay for.
