It's 60 tons.
It was built by either the Combine, Hegemony or Commonwealth.
It's named the Bellerophon.

That's all we know.

It appears on their RATs, but we don't know where it was built.

I'm curious about this one as well.  Seems odd to list it in the RAT if there's no way to use it.

One thing is for certain, it's not in the RATs in Historical: Reunification War, so perhaps it's a design that didn't last very long.
