Command Consoles

So the Lyrans can make them in such numbers that companies can be fielded. Where are they made? How likely can the rest of us have them?

Beyond the Objectives series, we're not really interested in tracking the manufacture of individual components. And we're very unlikely to update Objectives. So it's not likely your question will be answered.

There's no reason to assume any major Inner Sphere faction couldn't produce command consoles if they wanted to.
