Is the New Hope Military Academy on Erod's Escape mentioned in Objectives: Periphery, p. 14 the same facility as the Calderon Institute of Combat described as having opened on Erod's Escape in 3084 in Field Manual: 3145, p. 189, with a new name, or are there two military academies on Erod's Escape by 3084?
