Integration of New Rules / Equipment

Is there any timeline for new rules and equipment like those found in the 3145 products or the LAM rules from I believe the 3075RS  to be compiled or integrated into a new or existing rulebook in the same way that the original Field Manual equipment (Heavy Gauss, ATMs, etcetera) eventually found its way into the major rulebooks?

As a suggestion it might be cool in future if these rules were brought together in a PDF, like a Tactical Operations Addendum or whatnot, a PDF-only product that could be sold for say 5-10 dollars or whatnot depending upon how much material is in there. This would come out after the sales for their respective products have died down. The PDF could attract players who weren't interested in the initial products and also players who own the products but want the rules compiled in one place.
