Repair/Refit times for large craft.

So after having a Discussion on a Discord server over the above subject I feel there are a few clarifications that are needed.

I assume that such large craft are not exempt from the 8 hour/day of work on repairs/refits. But the real meat is the stuff not measured in minutes/hours but rather are already measured in days/weeks/months. Are such times going off of the 8 hours/day of work?

And also about Refitting Large Craft. Do you use the refit time multipliers when making customizations or are those waived? And if not waived, what does/doesn't count as each class of refit?
