Were  Caesar Cohorts destroyed or disbanded or were nationalized or returned to the Marian hegemony Between 3085 and 3145?

The last mention of the unit that I was able to find was in MM (p179) where they are shown fighting the Blakists along with the Magistracy's Second and Third Light Horse on Lockton
